No one is immune.  There are homes in Wexford Plantation, Colleton River Plantation, Seapines Plantation, Forest Beach, Belfair Plantation and almost every neighborhood on Hilton Head Island and in Bluffton.

In addition there are many other properties on Hilton Head Island and in Bluffton, SC that are not in Foreclosure, but are being sold at very attractive pricing. You may have to compromise a bit but there are some great opportunities if you can define the type of property you are looking for.
